🐝 Happy World Honey Bee Day! 🌼

Honey bees are like the ultimate party planners of nature’s shindig! 🎉

They shimmy and shake, spreading pollen magic and turn flowers into fruits, veggies, and nutty surprises. Without them, our dinner plates (and the future of both nature and humanity!) would be looking pretty sad 🌏

Today I’m giving a shoutout to these honey-making heroes with some fun facts about the remarkable creatures that keep our ecosystem thriving!

1. Honey bees are the only insect that produces food for humans to eat.
2. Honey bees have five eyes, three small ones on top of their head and two big ones in front.
3. A honey bee's wings beat about 200 times per second, which creates the buzzing sound we hear.
4. Honey bees have a special stomach called a crop, which they use to store nectar and water.
5. Honey bees have to visit around two million flowers to make one pound of honey.
