We are also proud to offer free standard shipping Australia wide for all Australian orders totalling $120 and above.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne.
We also offer free local pickup from Macleod in Victoria (postcode 3085).

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the products you order and where you are located, but our domestic shipping rates start at just $12.00.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
All orders are dispatched within 3 business days from ordering. We will notify you if there is going to be any significant delay in dispatch but most of the time orders will be shipped much sooner than this!
WHICH DELIVERY COMPANY DO YOU USE?
For all our standard and express shipping within Australia, we use Australia Post. Our international deliveries are shipped with both Australia Post and Sendle. Australia Post offers 100% carbon neutral deliveries which means you are helping keep our planet and environment healthy when you order with us.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping time varies by location. Here are some current estimates:

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS POST?
Yes we do! For all Australian orders there is an option to select express shipping at checkout and the cost will be calculated by the weight of your items.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You sure can! Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and link that you can use to track your order online.
DO YOU USE RECYCLED PACKAGING?
Daisy & Willow try to use recycled or repurposed packaging materials wherever possible. In fact, our eco-friendly mailing satchels are made out of plants and corn starch and 100% certified Australian home compostable.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY MAILING SATCHEL?
Remove any labels and place your empty mailing satchel into your home composting bin or worm farm and watch it disappear! Because they are Australian Home Compostable AS 5810 certified they must decompose 90% in 180 days or less.
WHAT ABOUT INCORRECT ADDRESS, MISSING OR RETURNED PARCELS?
Daisy & Willow are not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. We cannot be held responsible for any package once they are handed over to our shipping partners. If your parcel is missing or delayed, please get in touch with either Sendle or Australia Post. We will endeavour to help as much as possible.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Once your order leaves our hands, unfortunately any shipping delays are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for your order taking longer than normal to arrive. However we will happily look into any delays for you with our shipping partners.
