Returns & Exchanges

At Daisy & Willow, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase and pride ourselves on providing a hand picked selection of high quality products.

That being said, we do understand that sometimes things can change and we will do our best to assist you!

In accordance with Australia Consumer Law, we will happily replace a product (if stock is available) or issue a full refund where products are either faulty, damaged or we have provided the wrong product.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE?

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.

FAULTY, DAMAGED & WRONG ITEMS

Please check your order once it arrives and contact us immediately if any of the items are faulty, damaged or the wrong product.

Please take photos that clearly show the fault, damage or wrong product and send them to us so we can fully understand the issue and make it right for you.

CHANGE OF MIND

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect choices or change of mind but we will gladly offer a store credit instead which comes in the form of a code that can be used at check-out on our online store. Store credits have no expiry date! Please read the steps below on how to make a return for store credit, as the same guidelines apply for both store credits and refunds.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. To begin a return, email us at daisyandwillowshop@gmail.com with your order number and any photos (if applicable). Alternatively, you can simply reply to your order confirmation email to start a return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected by us we will let you know if it has been approved or not. If approved, a refund or credit note will be provided for the items returned, less shipping costs (if applicable). All refunds are processed automatically via your original payment method. It usually takes up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company. We have the right to reject a return if it does not meet our conditions.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

If the items are faulty, damaged or the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost for you. If the return is customer borne (eg. change of mind or incorrect fit/choice etc), you will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using postage with a tracking service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and take no responsibility for any lost returns. Remember, all return items remain your responsibility until received by Daisy & Willow.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • In original unworn, unwashed and unused condition with the original packaging and all labels and tags attached
  • Accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Shipped back with trackable postage
  • Shipped back with due care so as not to arrive damaged

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately some items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Custom or personalised items as these are made to order
  • Any used, worn or altered items
  • Items with delayed shipping due to the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Gift cards (except where balance is unable to be used in our store)

EXCHANGES

Due to the small size of our business and stock levels, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the item you want to make the exchange for will be available. However, you can return an item for a store credit and then use that credit to repurchase the item you are after instead!
